Pablo Arredondo

Pablo Arredondo is a business immigration attorney at Claxton Law PLLC. Admitted to practice in New York and Chile, and holding LL.M. degrees from both the University of Chicago and Columbia Law School, Pablo brings deep training in U.S. immigration law together with a cross-border perspective shaped by having lived and studied in Santiago, Paris, New York, and Chicago.

About Pablo Arredondo

Pablo became interested in law because he wanted to help people work through difficult situations and legal questions. He is drawn to work that requires careful thinking, judgment, and clear communication. His interest in immigration law grew from both his personal background and the challenging legal questions the field involves: U.S. immigration matters often require dealing with government agencies, administrative rules, and constitutional issues.

Since 2021, Pablo has worked on business immigration, global mobility, employment-based immigration, and immigration litigation matters. Before joining Claxton, he served as the managing attorney of Nomos Mobility PLLC, where he advised individuals and businesses on immigrant and non-immigrant benefits. At Claxton Law, he focuses on immigration litigation and employment-based immigration.

Outside of practice, Pablo has served as a Red Cross instructor on international law since 2023 and has judged the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C.
